Our gite is situated in the beautiful countryside of northeastern
close to the hamlet of St Michel de Plélan.
Just 10 minutes from the magical medieval town of
from the breathtaking beaches of the Côtes d’Armor,
La Mare is the ideal base from which to explore this
region at any time of the year.
Built in the traditional style of granite walls and slate roof with wooden shutters to the large windows in the living areas the gite has been completely renovated.
It has a large private garden with a lawned area which enjoys summer
sunshine right through to the early evening.
There is also a car port attached to the cottage.
La Mare comfortably sleeps six people.
The large open plan first floor has a modern, well equipped fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area with extensive all round views of the countryside.
Kitchen equipment includes range cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.
The dining area has farmhouse table and chairs
On this level there is also a bathroom with toilet, bidet, handbasin and bath with shower attachment.
Upstairs there are 3 simply furnished bedrooms (two double, one twin) and a bathroom with shower cubicle, handbasin and toilet
